not a good place to deal with!!!!!!! 1300.00 quote turned into a up to 1500.00 after I went and got my camper and took to them and when they got done with it and called me I owed them 1917.00 to be that far over on a quote they are just crooks quote low and then charge what ever they want too!!!!!!!
Replaced a diesel generator erroneously with a propane generator and charged over $9000 when the estimate given was in the $3000 range
Quick to sale you a RV but severely lack in customer service. I truly regret ever giving this business a dime of my hard earned money. I am genuinely embarrassed to have this business in my small hometown. Please, do yourself a favor and take your camping needs else where
AFTER CLOSER REVIEW OF THIS COMMENT, IT IS APPARENT THAT THE CUSTOMER UNIT SHOULD HAVE BEEN COVERED UNDER WARRANTY. WE ARE ATTEMPTING TO CONTACT THE CUSTOMER AND MAKE THIS RIGHT. THE EMPLOYEE WHO STARTED THIS ISSUE IS NO LONGER WITH THE COMPANY.
