KYCVINTAGE is cheating people out of their moneyI'm not the only oneThey don't send you your product and they ignore all contact I've attempted
Kyc Vintage had me pay for a shirt online on May 1st and On May 3rd a shipping label for my product was created, yet I was sent no other informationSo, May 6th I contacted them an email and they never repliedMay 7, today, I commented on their instagram asking about my product and they deleted my comments twice and I realized other people were trying to comment the same thing yet KYC was still deleting commentsSo naturally I went on a rant and commented telling people how much of a scam they are then they claimed that my product was going to ship later on that dayThey liedI was never sent any shipping info and I did some research and realized that I am truly not the only one that This has happened toThey are scamming a lot of people and ignoring their customersI don't want to see any other customer get cheated and frankl

I ordered from KYC vintage back in the beginning of june, around the end of august I realized I was not going to recieve what I payed for, I tried contacting them through emailNo response, I then tried to file a complaint through paypal for not recieving my items, weeks went by I heard nothing and case was apparently "resolved" and I didn't recieve a dime backThey stole from me and ill never give them a dime againDon't trust this company they don't care at all

I ordered from KYC (a hat and a shirt) but it was never shipped
I got the tracking number and all but then business days (not including the weekend which gives usps time to transport state to state) later it was still in pre-shipment which means the product was never received by usps to even shipI sent them two emails and they didn't respondI thought since they are a bigger and better known business that they would have they stuff together but the complaints and rumors about them being a scam from is still trueDO NOT Order from them, there are other companies that make similar products and you actually get your product and a email response

On May 16th I ordered from kyc vintageAfter not shipping my items for an extended period of time I contacted them and they sent me a copy and paste email that basically told me to wait longerI tried to contact again and they sent me the same emailAfter a sufficient amount of time I sent them an email through PayPal informing them that I wanted my money back and was not willing to wait longerPayPal "resolved" the dispute without getting my money backIt has now been almost months and I have heard nothing from them sinceThe PayPal charge still says that I can track my shipment but the carrier has not received any items for me to track

The 2nd time they haven't shipped me my product & ignored my emails & blocked me on their instagram when I commented that I want my refund or product
I ordered the product on July 24th & waited a week and a half & still did not get my orderI emailed them multiple times and they never got back to meThis is my second time ordering from them and the first time I had the same problem, they didn't send me my product and weren't responding to emailsSo I went on their instagram where they made posts every hour and said I want my refund because this is the second time you guys didn't ship me my productThe first time I went to their instagram and they resent the package to the wrong address so it got sent back to themThat whole ordeal took a month and a half until I finally got my refundThis time when I commented that I want my refund, they blocked my account, ignored my emails and now I can't get my money back because their shipping is terrible, their customer service is terrible
