I had a very positive experience with E&E I called early on a Monday morning because of a backed up septic system The answering service was took my call promptly and fortunately they had a truck nearby which could get to me within a couple hours They showed up in about and hour and the two men were courteous, professional and skilled They found the tank cover quickly and easily, dug it out neatly and carefully, pumped the tank, took out a large troublesome mat of roots and checked to make sure that the flow was appropriate before closing things back up Other than the tank marker that the left behind, you couldn't tell that they had been there The cost was very reasonable, especially considering the level of service
