This company used bad comps (private sale, out of my state, did not have my vehicle's upgrades and no value was added..), and despite telling me I would be able to review the comps, they contacted my insurance company beforehandOn top of this, they said everything is legally set in stone because they can't undo the negotiations that they never should have had in the first place! We'll see about thatA horrible man works there, Patrick, and I would never wish a conversation with him on my worst enemyI don't know how anyone can live with that amount of disrespect and ill-tempered subjectiveness in his lifeSuch a negative person!
