Three quality control representatives counted the screws and all screws were present when the order was shipped. We ship thousands of switchplates daily and go to great lengths and expense to be certain all customers are sent the appropriate...
screws. When the screws are verified a written notice is put in the box informing the customer that the screws are present and no replacement screws will be sent. This customer lost or misplaced the screws we sent him. The photograph he sent was not of a shrink wrapped plate. This customer and his wife treated the staff very rudely and abusive. We do not want them to ever shop on our website again. To make this customer go away and stop harassing our staff we sent him 2 more screws last Friday.
