Rock-n-Landscapes did an excellent job with landscaping at our home. The crew showed up on time and treated our property with great respect. The crew was polite, patient, and responsive to questions and concerns. Best landscaping company of the four we have dealt with in the area. Highly recommend.

Review: It is impossible to put down In words the experience we have had with this company. They not only did not know what they were doing, and began a project that has caused us more stress than we have ever had in our life, due to the incompetence of them, they also used our cash/deposit to finish other jobs, and buy new toys. (Truck, boat, rv, ect.) They came to us in tears begging us for money before the contract terms were necessary, they ran out of money and couldn't finish our project Unless I paid for the items myself out of the last of my deposit that was not due until my project was 100% complete. I was also told they have several other jobs that haven't paid the because those were not complete also. My job is not only not finished, after a promise upon promise of verbal and handwritten commitments, it is a mess that we will have to sit on through the winter. But- the worst part of this whole mess, is we continually get drunk texts from them at night using foul language and threats. We have pictures and verbiage for proof of all this and would highly warn/recommend anyone thinking of using them to not only check with your lawyer (they are currently being sued), but ask for the last 5 pools/landscape they have done for references. Also- they did not pay off Subcontractors that were then threatening to lean my house.Desired Settlement: Unfortunately, my desired outcome would be to turn back time and never meet this company. Since that is not possible, and I know they do not know what they are doing, there is no outcome from them I desire.

As a local small business, we have always taken pride in

our work and in our client relationships. We win Parade Home awards every year and

get many “word of mouth” client recommendations. In 2014, we won the Parade

Home Overall Best Landscape and Best Exterior Appeal for our amazing landscape

and beautiful swimming pool with an infinity edge spa. As a company, our goal

is to create an outdoor environment, where joyful family memories can be made.Since we are a small company, everything we have for

both our company and personal use is financed including creditor accounts, equipment,

and vehicles. Since we are unable to finance client projects, we request funds in

advance as stated in our contract payment terms and when needed for requested change

orders. We use the funds obtained to make material purchases, pay payroll, and to

pay the company’s monthly bills. These bills are called overhead and must be

paid when they are due, and typically cannot be attributable to a particular

client project. When we are not working, we are very family-oriented and

have always had both a camper and a boat (which are financed with personal

loans). We use our camper to get away from work and focus on our family. When we aren't able to go camping, we use our boat

on the weekends so our kids can enjoy water sports and fishing.We sympathize with this client, as this project became

the one project that was problematic from the start to the end. We also understand

that it can be frustrating while adding a custom swimming pool, outdoor living

space, and a landscape with water feature. Throughout the process, we addressed

numerous unforeseen issues, multiple change orders, and unexpected client

requests. During construction we installed (and paid for) over $6,000 in client

requested product upgrades, with the trust that since the client is also a

business person (a local dentist), we will “settle up” at completion.

We are truly sorry for any misunderstanding or miscommunication.

We have paid all subcontractors months ago. No liens have ever been filed on any

of our clients’ homes and we are not being sued by any clients. We fully expect

to address all concerns so we can finalize payment on the

balance and change orders. Once the project has been completed and we are paid in
