I have done jobs for thousands of people never had any problems this guy is one in a million tried to contact him several times and he does not replyHe stole my rake from behind the dumpsterHe was referred to me from a long time customer who was trying to get him a good contractorShe warned me that he is a little crazyI want nothing to do with this guy all he does is harrass me through the internetGood advice Ive been told because of this incident is that you cant please everybody

This is my reply to my rejection of Kyles Handyman Service response to my complaint.*** has major credibility issues first he’s not old enough to have done thousands of jobs and the customer he refers to I have never met, she is an acquaintance of my wife and am willing to give her contact information to verify in privateHe told *** ***, who was the actual referral source, that I stole his tools and that he filed a police report which would require a police investigation which never occuredWhen *** *** requested a copy of the police report he didn’t respond, so now he makes another libelous accusation claiming I stole his rake.He has never called mePart of my complaint is that he hangs up when I try to request an invoice which is required of licensed contractors in MassachusettsI would agree to a three party call to prove my pointHe denies doing my job and in the same breath makes unsubstantiated accusationsHe has recently changed his business name in an attempt to avoid litigationIn sum, he refuses to be held accountable for the rules governing his business.

Following up with this complaint Ive never done this work for this guy he has been a rival of mine for a whileRestraining order is in effect with him protecting me and my familyHe has been harassing me nonstop.Complaint #***

continues to refuse to provide a paid invoice and was part of my complaint filed against him, therefore I can't provide those.  You stated he claims not to know who I am and has posted like comments to my reviews of him on his web pages.  I am attaching a deposit and final payment cancelled check as proof of work.  He also has a picture of my completed roof on his website which I never gave him permission to take or post as further evidence; I would ask you to keep that confidential or he will delete the evidence. Please contact me should you need further information.Regards,[redacted]
