She claims that she was scammed that she did not received the gel powder and gel polish as requested. As the owner and nail technician of 14 years, I can assure you that what she received was in fact gel powder nails and clear gel polish. Whether she wanted color gel polish or clear gel polish was obviously a miscommunication, as she paid and left the shop without saying anything. We do our best to give the best service and apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. Unfortunately, we recretfully decline [redacted]'s request of a full refund and free removal. However, we will gladly give her a different nail tech to examine her nails and correct the problem.

Most unprofessional gun store employees I have ever had to deal with. DO NOT BY FROM THEM. They will screw up your order and then blame you for it.
