My wife and I have been in contact with this company multiple times about our *** account. The owner of the company gave us many promises and told us he would fix our issues with ***. I call *** they tell us we have to call the dealership we went through to do anything to our account. ( contract said otherwise) we kept trying to get in touch with Kymand to see if he had resolved anything and he told us he fixed our payment date ( was not done), he said he would drop our payment and send us a new contract to sign ( was not done ) and made many promises and will not return calls. Now the owner has blocked my wife's number and will not return any phone calls for weeks!

I signed a contract with *** Authorized Dealer "Kymand Inc" on November 25, 2019 for an inhome alarm system. On the contract I authorized payments to be taken from my credit card account on the 15th of each month and I was given the first 2 months free. Yet on January 1, 2020 a charge of $12.25 was taken from my credit card. Then again on February 1 2020 a charge of $73.25 was taken from my credit card. I had authorized for the 15th of the month so was therefore not expecting this charge which resulted in a $29 overlimit charge. After taking 2 days off work and speaking with 7 different people at *** I was finally transferred through to Kymand where I spoke with the manager who assured me that they would be e-transferring me the money for this overlimit charge by the end of that week (I spoke with him on Tuesday February 11 and should have received the transfer by the 14th. It is now March 3 and I have yet to receive this e-transfer.) I was also put on hold by this manager while he put a "stop payment" on withdrawals coming from my credit card so that I could pay via online banking. Yet on March 1 I have been charged again the $73.25 from my credit card and received another overlimit charge. My credit card has no record of Kymand putting a stop payment on my account. Today I spoke with the *** retention department that told me this authorized dealer sets their own prices and I could get a much better price at a *** store or directly through ***. I am locked into a contract despite this already being breeched by money being taken out on a day that I did not authorize.

Kymand Inc sold me an *** security system when they were selling the systems door to door. After discussing the purchase *** with my partner, we decided this was not a necessary service and on Saturday I started calling to see about a buyers remorse clause. I called *** and got a message telling me to call back during regular business hours. I called on Monday and reached the location in the United States. They were ready to issue a refund until they realized I am located in Canada. They gave me the Canadian contact information and when I reached them, they informed me that Ontario has a 10 day 'buyers remorse? clause but they couldn't help me because a dealer sold it to me and they gave me the contact information for the dealer.

I called the dealer and they forwarded me to the seller who had come to my door. I told him I wanted to cancel and he asked if they could offer me another price. I said it depended on the price and he said he would get back to me. The next day he called offering me $10 less a month and I told him I wasn't interested and wanted to cancel. He said he would have his manager, ***, call me back the next day. I never received a call and I have called the seller every day since and have texted him and there is no response. I have called Kymand inc and I get a voicemail that is full. I am frustrated and disappointed in the service and they haven't even finished installing the system. Part of the system was a doorbell camera, but the person who came to install it couldn't figure out the doorbell and so we are missing part of the package. I would just like to get out of this contract but they have delayed and passed me around and now I think too much time has passed. Also I cannot contact them despite trying at different times of the day and trying every day.

Hello! Our apologies for any stress this has brought forward for the customer in question. We are currently reaching out and proceeding with an uninstall of all equipment at the premises at no cost to the client in question. As the request was originally made within the ten days we are happy to remove the system. As to the agent in question, the reason calls have been ignored will be investigated and appropriate action will follow.
