Re: *** *** We currently have *** ***'s truck in our shop in an effort to remedy the vibration We have already replaced all four tires, even though they are not covered by the warranty We are hoping to have her car finished today. As you know, there is no three day right
to cancel an automobile purchase *** *** has days to trade her vehicle back to us for another, if she so desires She is required, as is stated on her bill of sale, to give us the title to the vehicle she traded within days If she fails to bring the title to the office she will have to reimburse Kyner's Auto Sales for the amount allowed for her trade, $2500.00.Again, we are doing our best to get *** ***'s vehicle back to her as quickly as possible.John K***

I am rejecting this response because:Kyners put on the alternator that caused the fire damaging my carMy insurance has paid another shop to do the work however I still had to pay a deductible as well as other money for new parts for my carThere is no reason an alternator should catch on fire within years of being put onMy car was completely fine until I took it to the dealershipThere were no prior indicators to my alternator being "bad"My car was under KYNERS care when it caught on fireI refuse to accept they did nothing wrongEither something went bad during my oil change or they put a junk part on my car.

*** *** purchased her vehicle in August of 2013, not Feb17, 2017, as stated In January we did replace her alternator Alternators carry a manufacturers warranty of one year Kyner's cannot be responsible for manufacturer defects All we did on Feb17,
was change the oil We did nothing to cause any damage to her vehicle and no one actually knows why her car caught on fire If we had caused the damage, we would have covered all repairs, but that not being the case, we don't feel we owe *** *** any money.John K***President,Kyner's Auto Sales, Inc

This issue has been resolved between the customer and our company

We spoke with *** *** insurance company on Monday They have determined the the fire was caused by the alternator and have, or are in the process of, paying the company to which *** *** took her vehicle We did not cause the fire nor did we do the repairs We have NO liability in this matterShe has settled this claim with her insurance company.We will not be paying *** *** any money.John K***, PresidentKyner's Auto Sales, Inc
