[redacted] purchased her vehicle in August of 2013,  not Feb. 17, 2017, as stated.  In January 2015 we did replace her alternator.  Alternators carry a manufacturers warranty of one year.  Kyner's cannot be responsible for manufacturer defects.  All we did on Feb. 17, 2017...

was change the oil.  We did nothing to cause any damage to her vehicle and no one actually knows why her car caught on fire.  If we had caused the damage, we would have covered all repairs, but that not being the case, we don't feel we owe [redacted] any money.John K[redacted]President,Kyner's Auto Sales, Inc.

We spoke with [redacted] insurance company on Monday.  They have determined the the fire was caused by the alternator and have, or are in the process of, paying the company to which [redacted] took her vehicle.  We did not cause the fire nor did we do the repairs.  We have NO liability in this matter. They lie about cars, do not give all the information, and charge more than they are worth. They ignore customers in favor of others who got there later. They talk down to customers, and waste their time.

None of this is true.  No idea what she wants, but regardless, we've done nothing wrong and see no need to respond further.John K[redacted]

I am rejecting this response because:Kyners put on the alternator that caused the fire damaging my car. My insurance has paid another shop to do the work however I still had to pay a deductible as well as other money for new parts for my car. There is no reason an alternator should catch on fire within 2 years of being put on. My car was completely fine until I took it to the dealership. There were no prior indicators to my alternator being "bad". My car was under KYNERS care when it caught on fire. I refuse to accept they did nothing wrong. Either something went bad during my oil change or they put a junk part on my car.

Re: [redacted] We currently have [redacted]'s truck in our shop in an effort to remedy the vibration.  We have already replaced all four tires, even though they are not covered by the warranty.  We are hoping to have her car finished today. As you know, there is no three day right...

to cancel an automobile purchase.  [redacted] has 30 days to trade her vehicle back to us for another, if she so desires.  She is required, as is stated on her bill of sale, to give us the title to the vehicle she traded within 5 days.  If she fails to bring the title to the office she will have to reimburse Kyner's Auto Sales for the amount allowed for her trade, $2500.00.Again, we are doing our best to get [redacted]'s vehicle back to her as quickly as possible.John K[redacted]

Review: Vehicle was.purchased less than two weeks ago within that time the a/c compressor has failed timing belt needed to be replaced front brakes needed to be replaced and several sensors. In the contract it states that the vehicle can be returned within the first thirty days that was attempted. Trying to get them to fixed the vehicle was also attempted.Desired Settlement: A return of allthe funds that were spent to fix the vehicle or totake the vehicle back and cancel the loan on the vehicle
