Review: Several months ago I bought a Kyocera-banded ceramic knife from [redacted]. It is a fantastic knife, not cheap at over $60 but an excellent chopping knife. The knife comes with instructions of where to send it to have it sharpened as most people do not have the gear to sharpen ceramic knives. You send it to;Kyocera Industrial Ceramics Corp, [redacted] Costa Mesa, CA. 92626Attn: Sharpening Dept.(See the Kyocera form here) [redacted]The cost is $10 and is payable by check or credit card.As I would be traveling in late October-2013 I mailed my knife. Still today I do not have it back and it is 1/Dec/2013. Kyocera admits to getting it but LIES about returning it.It took the thieves 20 days to acknowledge the order, the USPS delivered the item in ONE DAY. Order [redacted]First Email contact from the thieves[redacted]This turned out to be a complete LIE. It is two weeks later and no knife. I some one swimming here from Korea with it?Second Email from the thievesMore [redacted]Bottom line - KYOCERA STEALS!Desired Settlement: Refund all the money I spent on their garbage, about $90.
