On 9/6/18, I have gone to the store and placed an order for Yamaha YFL-flute for $with my credit card and confirmed they charged the full amount on same dayThe store staff said it should arrive by 9/14/As of 9/30/(about a month), we never received call from the store about the flute and we have called them times over the month without any additional information about if the order has even been made with Yamaha! On the calls, the store staff said "it will arrive next week", then "only the owner has the order details, will ask owner to call you back" but owner never did
