Kyto Trim 3000 Reviews (%countItem)

I ordered my product on February 12, 2020 and the money was taken out of my account on February 13, 2020. I received one email confirming my order and that email said I would get another notification when my order shipped. It has been a week and I have not received my order so I called their customer care phone number. The first person I spoke to gave me a tracking number that showed a delivery to Harrisburg, PA. The order was to ship to Adrian, MI. I called again and this time they could not find where I placed an order and didn't show my card #. I am in the process of getting my money back through my bank. I hope this place goes out of business. Their customer service is the absolute worst!

Desired Outcome

Other (requires explanation) I want my money back!

Unethical billing practices. They called to confirm and I told them I was only interested in the trail sample and they still billed me for everything
I ordered the Kyto Trim and Cleaner products on a trial basis. They called me up and tried to sell me the full orders. I told them I was only interested in the sample and assumed it was taken care of and then I go to my bank statement to find out they billed me for over $160 for the full price of both bottles. Upon investigating further it appears they do this to all their customers as every comment made on their social media and websites are negative.

Desired Outcome

I expect a full refund from the company given their unethical, confusing and shady billing practices.

My account was charged on the 14th day.
I placed my order on 17 April 2018. The product was delivered on the 23 April 2018 and I called on 1 May 2018 and cancelled my subscription and they still charged my account $86.90 even though I cancelled on the 14th day.
According to the company term "I am of the age of majority, agree to the Terms & Conditions ,and agree to receive marketing offers from Woodford Hills, LLC. I understand that I have 14 days from the day I purchase my bottle to decide if Kyto Trim is right for me. By clicking the button below, I agree that my card will be charged $4.95 for shipping and handling, I agree to pay $86.90 for my first bottle of Kyto Trim unless I cancel within 14 days of purchase".

Desired Outcome

I need them to refund my $86.90.

Kyto Trim-I ordered this product, then I received a phone call later that day supposedly from Kyto Trim...I told them never mind, please cancel the order. Today, as I looked at my bank statement, I see that they took out almost $90.00 for a product I never received. When I called the number on the website, they stated that they never call anyone and that my product was delivered. I never received said product and I demanded my money be return to my account ASAP. Obviously their website has some kind of scam attached to it for unknown people (so they say) to call to confirm the order. After 20 minutes on the phone, which they required me to return said product, which I can't do because I never received it, the decided to deposit 50% of what they took out of my account. Do Not Order this stuff....the company is a scam.

Unacceptable and extreme delays in processing refund for returned products.
I mistakenly fell for a weight loss scam of products from this company, KytoTrim. Started with a "free trial" but fine print showed, auto ship of product charged at $86/bottle for same product you can buy at a vitamin store for $10. If it would have worked, perhaps I wouldn't have pursued this. Trial was for KytoTrim and they kindly also added KytoCleanse as a trial. However, it didn't work, so I called to return unopened items and get a refund.
I contacted them to start the return process on 2/15/18. I followed their return policy, shipped both items back on 2/26, have shipment confirmation they received item on 2/28. When I contacted them the first time on 3/12 (giving them 12 days to refund from receipt of items), they stated they had not "processed the return through fulfillment". The following week, 3/19, I contacted them again for an update. They said they received them on 3/12, and that they would refund 1 item as it was received within 30 days of shipment, but other item was >30 days. The only reason that was the case was because it took them 12 days to "process" the return. The product in question was shipped 2/7, and had to be returned within 30 days. My shipment confirmation shows they received 2/28, well under 30 days policy. After requesting to speak to a manager, I was told he/she would tell me the same, and they continued to repeat the policy, the same one I complied with, then hung up on me. I called back and spoke to someone else (big call center for several similar products), and spoke to someone that agreed to refund me 100%, and she even gave me a confirmation #. She stated they were going to refund me for both product at 100%. Received one refund for $84.99 on 3/21, but to date, still haven't received 2nd one for $86.90. I've contacted them each week (3/26, 4/2, 4/9), and keep getting told that the refund "is in process". Last week they told me it could take 7-14 days, this week, they tell me "could take 30 days". I feel that I followed the return policy as outlined, and should be refunded the $86.90. The company didn't have any problem processing payment out of my account, but apparently have difficult time refunding back. It also apparently looks like they've taken down their web-site, so no contact information, so I had to look up their information on the FL Secretary of State Division.

Desired Outcome

Refund of $86.90 to the card originally charged.

I have called them and was told I would get a full refund on my 2 products I had as a trail. However I only received one refund and they still ow me
I am still owed $86.90 for the Kytotrim. I had two products one was the cleanse and the other just kytotrim. Neither works and I was promised when I called that I would get a full refund after struggling with the person on the phone.
I only was refunded for one of them, see below for charges and refunds. I have wrote them several times and can not seem to get this resolved.

This is what I still need a refund for.

Desired Outcome

I am seeking for a full refund of $86.90

I ordered this product as a 14 day trial with a charge of shipping only. And now I have been charged 3 times at 87 bucks a charge for product I for 1 never signed up for and 2 never received. After finally finding a contact number at the Revdex.com website I was put thru a 15 min process to cancel and of course they cant refund my money. This is horrible

Kytotrim will not comply with refund policy
On 1/28/2018 I submitted an order for what I thought was a free sample product of Kytotrim Forskolin (Order *** which is a weight loss aid, and consented to pay $4.95 shipping charge, paid on my credit card. Then on 2/13/18, my credit card was charged by Kytotrim the amount of $86.90. I was not aware I would be charged anything further so on 2/14/18, I contacted Kytotrim via phone at 1-855-248-7429 to request a refund and even offered to return my unused portion of the product. I was told by the rep (named "Melly") that Kytotrim's Terms & Conditions state that I entered into a "Trial" period and if I did not contact Kytotrim to cancel within 14 days of receiving the product, that I would be automatically charged $86.90. I said I was unaware of this and requested a refund. The rep advised that they could not provide a refund. When the call ended, I went online to *** and reviewed their Terms & Conditions, in which I saw the terms referenced above, but also saw that #10 of the Terms & Conditions regarding cancellation, Refund and Returns stated this (quote from the website):

"10. Cancellation, Refund and Return Policy - Once an order has been submitted your credit card will be charged. Our ordering process is streamlined so your order will immediately be sent to processing and then shipping. Due to the high volume of orders we receive we will be unable to cancel an order after submitted. Please order carefully. We take great pride in the superior quality of our products and want you to be pleased with your purchase. We believe in offering the very best value, quality and selection to our customers.
To inquire on a refund, please contact kytotrim.com Customer Care at 1-855 248-7429. If You are ever not satisfied with any Product that You ordered, You may call Our Customer Service Department and request a refund. You may receive a refund of any Product that You ordered up to thirty (30) days after Your order was placed. Customers will receive a single refund per Product ordered, and repetitive refunds are not permitted unless the Product, as delivered to You, is defective. The Company reserves the right to refuse a refund to any customer who repeatedly requests refunds or who, in the Company's judgment, requests refunds in bad faith.
In order to process Your refund, You must supply Us with Your name and delivery address. If You provide us with incorrect information, Your refund will be delayed. Refunds can take up to thirty (30) days to appear on Your credit card statement depending on the bank that issued your credit card. If You have any questions about whether a refund has been issued, please call Our Customer Service Department."

I immediately called Kytotrim back to request a refund again, based on their terms above in which I met every criteria, and the rep (named "Ron") put me on hold for over 10 minutes to talk to a supervisor. He then came back on the line and said they can't issue a refund due to their Terms & Conditions. I asked why, since I met all the criteria for a refund, and he said he has already explained everything, then he wished me a good day and hung up on me. I called back again and asked the rep I talked to (named "Lexy") if I could speak with a supervisor. She said no, they all have the same information to provide. I again explained everything I talked about in the first call and received the exact same verbiage ("script" you could call it) - she said she has already explained everything, she then wished me a good day and hung up on me. Realizing this company may be a scam just to get my money, I was furious and decided my next action would be to contact the Revdex.com so that I could report this in an effort to see that this company would not be able to do this to anyone else ever again. They are not abiding to their own Terms and Conditions, are rude and very cold hearted.

Desired Outcome

I am requesting a full refund for the amount my credit card was charged on 2/13/18 - the full amount of $86.90.

Refund granted.

Business will not issue refund for unsatisfied customer
I called Kytotrim to cancel my "free" 14 day trial today, so I placed my order on January 22,2018 and today February 5, would be my last day to cancel. Well the first time I called the lady couldn't find my account. She asked for my zip code then my first and last name, then my mailing address and last the first 6 digits of my credit card and then the last 4 digits of my card. With all that info she stated I didn't have an account and without giving me a chance to speak she was like I'm sorry I cant find your account and hung up. So I called again because obviously I have an account, I was charged shipping fees. So this guy was able to locate my account with just me zip code and name. I told him the reason for my call was that I needed to cancel my free trial that ended today, he was like no it ended yesterday on January 4th because they count order day as day number 1. Well he went on to say that I was charged the full amount already to credit card, and sure enough I vhchecked and I was charged $86.90.I told him I would need my money refunded because I was cancelling my trial and also that I didn't like the products. He asked if I had opened the bottles and I said of course how else would I try your product??? He said he was sorry but that they don't issue refunds on used opened products. I said well isn't that the point of a "trial" to try the product??? He then went back to the 14 day period had expired yesterday and since I didn't cancel on time I was charged the full price of the product. I told him I wanted a refund and he said that they don't issue refunds and that was in the terms when I ordered the products. I asked to speak to a manager and he said he was the floor manager and then hung up on me! What kind of company are you when a product doesn't appeal to a consumer then you should offer a solution. My solution is a full refund of all charged to my account.

Desired Outcome

I am seeking for a full refund of all charged on my account from Kytotrim

This scam doesn't verify age which is dangerous. Then they do not give refunds after you notify they sent to minors
My daughter who is a minor ordered this weight loss medicine on January 20,2018. Apparently it was a 14 day trial. She got billed 86.90 on Feb. 3, 2018. When it was charged we filed a dispute because we thought someone hacked her card. Well I found out by calling 800 number from bank statement. After explaining to them and I was upset that she was a minor and why didn't they verify age and that because we thought it was a wrongful charge we told the bank to dispute it, the woman put me on hold and came back and said there's nothing we can do. Well they might as well distribute cigarettes the same way. I would have thought out of good faith they would have done a refund. I stated we could return the product. They had no remorse for anything especially after being told she is a minor.

Desired Outcome

I would like a refund but even more important they should have to get proof of birth dates. They state that they have no way of confirming age well if that's the case then they shouldn't be allowed to ship medicine like this to anyone. Some minor could order and take meds and drop dead. The parent wouldn't even know what happened before it was too late. She is a minor on a check/ debit account and this is how it was found out by an email of 86.90.

Cancelled free trial but was still charged
I ordered the product on Jan. 2 and it shipped on Jan 4th, I didn't receive it until Jan. 9th,
how can it be a 14 day trial when you don't have 14 days to actually try it. False advertising right there! I cancelled the free trial on January 16, 2018, have email confirmations to prove. On the same day was charged $86.90. Emailed customer support and was told so sorry I canceled too late. She could give me a 25% refund though. I said no and then she offered an RMA number so I could return the product for a refund, but I had to pay the shipping. What a joke.

Desired Outcome

Refund of the $86.90 plus my shipping costs to return the product.

The company did a full refund as I requested.

Refuses to give refunds!chages your card with no Vincent
I ordered the trial, I got my credit card statement in the mail and it has 4 charges for 86.89$ and some app. Charge for 9.99$ I called and they refuse to give me my money back. It was charged to my credit card with out on concent. There should be a law against this. How do you run a business like this? Have you ever heard the saying "the customers always right"? Obviously not.then they tried to sell me more! Someone needs to shut this company down! They un-lawfully stole $357.55 from me and I didn't order 2 orders they won't even let me send it back for a refund.

Desired Outcome

A full refund! $357.55

They refunded after a handful of emails.

Charged for free trial, refused refund
On January 3rd I ordered Kyto Cleanse and Kyto-Trim being told they would be supplying at 30 supply. On January 16th I my bank account was charged $86.90 and then on January 18th I was charged $84.99. I immediately called to cancel and get a refund since it had only been 13 days since the order was placed. Customer serviced stated that I was sent a 14 day trial and the charges were for the bottles I was supplied so no refund would be issued. I asked to return the supplements to get a refund but they said that they could not accept open bottles. So their policy is a "free" 14 day trail that you can't actually try if you want a refund.I asked to speak to a supervisor and was told "Supervisors have the same refund policies. Thank you for calling," and was hung up on. This company is completely unethical and wants to do nothing but scam people out of their money.

Desired Outcome

I would like to be reimbursed for the supplements that I was charged for under the guise of a free trial.

Refund has been promised

I TRIED KYTO-TRIM AND KTOCLEANS.
I ordered a trial of the pills and called to cancel and they tried to sell me more product. I told them I was not interested, however they told me that I still had to pay the $84.99 for the KYTOCLEANS and $86.90 for the KYTO-TRIM. I was willing to return them but they indicated that because the bottles were open I couldn't. They said that the terms were listed but they were not. This is a scam please do not buy this product.

Desired Outcome

I want my money back.

Request for Refund
I purchased what I was believed to be a free trial of their Kyto-Trim 3000 and Kyto Cleanse products for the low cost of shipping and handling in late November. I was then charged $86.90 & $84.99. The advertisement that I purchased the product(s) from displayed no clear indication of having to pay these two additional amounts, just the shipping and handling. The advertisement also did not indicate that I needed to cancel all subsequent orders as I noticed on December 17th that I had two additional pending transactions for $86.90 and $84.99.

Luckily, I did not use the first two bottles and sent back the unused bottles to Kyto-Trim on December 18th with a letter stating the situation, that my account with them be cancelled, and asked for a refund of $343.78 (the total amount of the unauthorized charges to my account for 4 bottles of their product, excluding shipping and handling). After receiving the two additional bottles from the charges made on December 17th, I promptly returned the bottles with another letter on December 22nd requesting that my account with Kyto-Trim once again be cancelled and that they refund my money.

All bottles were returned to Kyto-Trim within 30 days per their website in order to receive a full refund. To this date (January 19th), I have not heard from them nor have I received my refund. If requested, I'd be happy to supply you with the two letters I wrote to Kyto-Trim on December 18th and 22nd.

Desired Outcome

I'd like my $343.78 refunded to the charge account that they have on file for me.

The terms of the offer that you agreed to at the time of your order clearly state that you were to have a 14 day trial period starting from the date of your order processing in which you could cancel your account to avoid further charges. They also indicate that "you must take affirmative action to avoid further charges or you will be charged in the amount of $86.90 and $84.99 fourteen days from the date of your order processing for the product."

These terms were presented to you in multiple places on our website when you ordered our product. Additionally, you were sent an order confirmation email after your order was completed that provided a full written version of the terms you agreed to.

When you ordered the product you also clicked a button indicating that you agreed to the terms of the offer. When a customer clicks that button we must assume that they have actually read what they are agreeing to. If there was any confusion with the terms you could have called our customer service team and they would have been happy to assist you.

Since we did not hear from you during your trial period, you were charged $86.90 and $84.99 on November 30, 2017.

According to our records the first contact we had requesting the cancellation of your account was on January 2, 2018 when you returned the product. It does explain in the Terms and Conditions you do need to contact our Customer Service number to get a Return Authorization Number for a refund within 30 days of the last shipment. Your account was immediately cancelled and you have not received any shipments or charges since then.

As a courtesy today, we have provided you with a 100% refund on your charges $86.90 Transaction ID XXXXXXXX, $84.99 Transaction ID XXXXXXXXXX, $86.90 Transaction ID XXXXXXXX and $84.99 Transaction ID XXXXXXXXXX please allow 3-5 business days to reflect.

Your account remains canceled and you will not receive any further shipments or charges.

Sincerely,

Kyto-Trim Youth Customer Service

Want $86.90 refunded for fradulent charges to my credit card. Did not state I agreed
On 12/29/17 I ordered a bottle of KytoTrim for $4.95. On 1/15/17 my account was charged $86.90 without my knowledge. They say I did signed to agree to full charge if not notified within 14 days. There was nothing on my website that I had to agree to. Only received one bottle and should only be charged $4.95 (which I was) for that product.

Desired Outcome

Credit my charge card for the $86.90 that should not have been charged.

Company promised 100% refund to be received within 3-5 days. Am awaiting refund Thank You

I ordered a trial and recieved it and then 14 days later I was charged $86.90 that I wasnt aware was going to happen.
I called the customer service number 5 times and was hung up on everytime and was told that they couldnt refund the money. I went and looked at all the emails and it never stated that after 14 days I would be charged $86.90. That is horrible customer service if I have ever seen it. I am going ot make sure that everyone knows that this company is a major scam and it will be all over facebook and instagram. I HAVE NEVER ORDERED FROM A COMPAY THAT WONT REFUND AN UNHAPY CUSTOMER AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE THAT JUST HANGS UP ON THE CUSTOMER...THIS COMPANY NEED BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE AND NOT FOLLOW A SCRIPT AND HANG UP AND OFFER THE CUSTOMER STUFF THAT THEY DO NOT WANT...CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ABOUT MAKING THE CUSTOMER HAPPY NOT *** TO WHERE THEY WANT TO TAKE DOWN THE COMPANY...

Desired Outcome

ALL I WANT IS A FULL REFUND I DONT WANT THE PRODUCT I CANT SUPPORT THAT HAS HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND WONT DO ANYTHING TO HELP BUT OFFER THINGS THAT THE CUSTOMER DOESNT WANT

My name is ***. I'm the CEO and Founder of ***. We have been receiving a flood of calls in the office and messages thru our social media sites because we apparently are charging people a bill of around $90 dollars. The only problem is, the people who are contacting us are your customers and not one is ours. I'm letting you know that we know that you are using our company for a possible scam and will prosecute to the fullest extent if you do not STOP. This is a written notice to the Kyto Trim 3000 (and its alternate business names) to refrain from using our company name and its affiliates for any reason. I hope that this review gets the attention of the Revdex.com and an investigation is prompted.

This company is a scam and takes money out of your account that you don't authorize. Then they are rude and hang up on you.
On December 19,2017 I placed a order with this company for a free-trail of their product for $3.95 and $4.95, order numbers E2872F7425 and DXXXXXXXCB. No where on the website did it say that I would be billed after the 14 day trail. On January 3, 2018 without authorized consent they charged my bank account through my debit card $84.99 and $86.90 for a total of $171.89. I called the customer service center and spoke with two different representatives and informed them that I did not authorized these charges and I would like my money refunded to my account at which time they tried to sell me more product at a discounted rate but refused to refund my money and hung up in my face on both occasions. The lady stated before hanging up that the terms and conditions stated that I would be charged which is not true as I read what was available to be read. This company and it's affiliates are scam artists and are ripping people off.

Desired Outcome

I would like for my money to be refunded to my account and actions to be taking against these companies to prevent them from ripping off others.
