Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. There response is an utter lieI lived at the same address for years and I notified them that I was moving and they needed to pick up the car that had been broke down for over months at that point, and that I repeatedly asked them to pick upI moved and They failed as I mentioned in original complaint.I have made more payments than just the down payment and a paymentI have receipts to prove it. The last receipt I have states I owe left of the carI refuse to take this up to him because, he is a crook and he would just try and hide the recordsThat page that he attached is from dealer track and can be edited anyway he see's fitI stated in my complaint, there were payments made with no receipts given, they would say there running out or meet me somewhereHalf the time I had to chase them Down to make a payment.I asked there be a neutral 3rd party involved to settle this due to there liesI have bought cars there and it has been a headache with each car, they all broke down in some major way or another.I have different amounts on paperwork, from the loanThey change the purchase amount turned into the state to lower the amount of taxes they pay when they do the title workThis is fraudI could keep going with the illegal practices, but they do not pertain to my complaint or situation with them. I wish to resolve this but not on there termsI request the lot file a complaint with the local courts, or get a 3rd party mediator to resolve thisI am willing to bring all paperwork and receipts to a mediator or court official.Or they can agree in the amount shown on the last payment and I will pay that amount for the title to be given at time of payment.Regards,*** ***

the test drive , I even made a comment “are you sure you want a manual transmission car for the Mom and the son “. The customer liked the car and purchased the car same day and I explained to them that she is buying the car AS IS with no warranty from my dealership and gave her 90 days warranty through a third party company ASC Warranty  and she signed all the forms including buyers guide showing As Is . Even though after the son broke the axel and damaged other engine bracket I fixed the car with no cost on customer and explained to the customer that day when she picked up the car what caused the problem, and I even drove the car with her for 15 minutes and the car was fine and has no issues when they left. After 5 days they called complaining about the car is making noise which I advised the customer to take the car to any mechanic and call the warranty company. After that the customer stopped a check of $1520.00 and suppose to give me 2 other checks of $700 each, which never did, I tried to call the customer so many times and left voice mails to call me back the customer never did, which finally I decided to solve the issue through court (Mediation program) but the customer decided not to show up to court. The customer still owe the business $2950.00  I’m attaching a copy of -          Buyers guide ( As Is ) form -          Used vehicle order (with balance left). -          ASC warranty (vehicle protection plan ) -          Proof from the bank of stop payment of $1520.00 -          Court paper

On 5/29/13 I bought a Toyota from L A auto on [redacted] I filled out all paperwork, got a 30 day tag and left for my home in [redacted]. Six (6) weeks later I called to inquire about my title as my tag ran out[redacted] my salesman said it was sent out in the regular mail, so he had no clue about it's whereabouts and said he would ask hes boss. He did and called back and I talked to the boss ( name? ) He was very rude and said he was not responsable for anything. I asked him to resubmit the paperwork and he told me to drive to Ohio and do it myself. I told him I'm not wasting 5-8 hrs becaust of his not fufilling his responsabilities. He then said it would be a $79 fee for him to do it. I told him I'm not paying $79 and to send me a power of attorney to fill out so he could fufill his obligations. He must still think I'm paying his $79 fee and I have recieved no corospondence from him. It's almost 2 months... come on
