Money was never an issue in this matterI was happy with my hair color at the time of service because it was not until the next day I had noticed the missed spotI was never happy with the customer service I recieved such as coloring my own eyebrowI feel so disrespected that the business is saying my boyfriend was upset with the amount of money it had costHe never had an issue with itThis was a mothers day present and he wanted me to be happyThe business has no right ro make accusations about my financial statusI paid my bill there with no problem in cashAll I wanted was my hair fixed from the spot she missedAny stylist would fix there mistake but she didntI since then had to go fix the mistake myself and pay more money because the salon wouldnt do itI now want my money back because I wasnt satisified with the service once I got home and saw it and the customer service was beyond horribleNow the business is trying to embarrass me by saying that its a money issue and by going on my private facebook to take pictures of meWhat kind of business is this? This is ridicolous and not how a business should operate and treat their customers!
