I meet with Mr. [redacted]n 7/7 /17 we looked at the problem and concluded that the reason the asphalt was depressed in that area was due to chipmunks tunneling under the area, on 7/20/17 we removed the area 3 x5 of asphalt and discovered multiple chipmunk tunnels ,we repaired the area...

We met with Mr. [redacted] on November 13 2015, we believed we had fixed the problem on that day, Mr [redacted] recently called us this week to inform us that it wasn't completely repaired so we are in the process of resolving the  issue

Terrible Paving Contractor, Lacks Ethics, there is no Reason to Hire this Rip off Artist.
My driveway is no more than 3 years old and needs replacing.

Review: L&M Paving came out over a month and a half ago to pave my driveway. After the work was completed I noticed that water was pooling in front of the garage. This is problematic where in the winter time the water will freeze and become a safety hazard. Additionally over time the water settling there will cause the asphalt to degrade.

I contacted L&M Paving over 10 times over the last month and was promised that someone would come out to fix the driveway but to date no one has shown up. The last four phone calls where I left messages, no one has called me back.Desired Settlement: I would like someone from L&M Paving to come out, as they said they would, and repair the driveway to the extent where no water will settle or pool in front of the garage.
