wishes to send the Laptop for an evaluation to L&Y Electronics , we will examine the laptop at no charge to determine the failure. This offer is enforce until July 15, 2014, after July 15th, L&Y rescinds this offer.
Review: On March 14, 2014, my son bought a laptop computer for me. The technician who sold the computer told my son that a new hard drive had been installed within the system. My computer stopped working on May 21, 2014. I find it pretty strange for a hard drive to fail within sixty days of purchasing a product. I know that all used items are sold is, but it's not right for a business to sale equipment that has not been upgraded as promise.Desired Settlement: I would like my money back from this organization or a new hard installed within my laptop. I do not have money to waste on computers every sixty days. [redacted] stated that this was a great product.
