I traded my 2012 chevy cruz on a 2005 pontiac gto.I was upside down on the trade. It took them almost two month two months to payoff the lean on the cruz and I was hit with a late fee for that. A professional dealership is suppose to take care of getting all the paper work done on the vehicals that they sell and or buy not the costomer.The problem here is that lnb auto had me get the title for the cruz, so when they finally paid the cruz SACU sent me the payoff paper . I sent the payoff letter to the tx dmv for the title . The title came in a month after I requested it, But before I could get the title to lnb my puppy had got a hold of it and chewed off a corner of it. Lnb said just to send it so I did , when they got it they told me that I had to get another copy because they cant use it. So now I had to get a duplicate copy from the tx dmv . I've been sending the papers to the dmv and the dmv keeps saying im missing a paper so they send it to me and I send it back its going on 4months that this back and forth problem with the dmv has been going on .Now the owner [redacted] and his partner [redacted] are calling me harassing me and making threats to me how that they are going to come to my house again .[redacted] called and asked if I had cameras on my house because he said he was at my house the other day but nobody was home.I filed a police report for recored because I dont know how dumb these people are. What kind of a car dealer sends people to your house to watch you , what are they going to do kill me ? . lnb still owes me a new headliner which I have yet to see.
