L. B. General Construction and its owner Louis B[redacted] provided extensive services to us in order to merge two 1 bedroom units into a 3 bedroom unit in a Coop on the Upper West Side of Manhattan. This was an extensive renovation effort that involved a complete demolition combined with a full reconfiguration of the floor plan including the kitchen and all the bathrooms. Without question, L. B. 2. Takes pride in quality. Louis clearly takes pride in his work. He puts the best foot forward at all times and it is evident in the finished product. L. B. does not take shortcuts.
3. Fair from start to finish. When you combine a detailed oriented approach with pride in one's work, you get a contractor who is honest and fair. Considering the stress of these types of projects, feeling that you are being treated fairly is very important to put your mind at ease.

Louis is one of the best contractors I have ever worked with. He takes pride in his work, which is hard to find. He and his team did a beautiful, detailed job on our kitchen renovation on the upper west side in Manhattan. Not only that, he follows up whenever you have any issues ... I have contacted him twice since we finished our job with some small issues that needed tending to, and both times, he has responded immediately and came to look into it.
