Review: Paid $400.00 as down payment on chair and ottoman upholstery. Provided ottoman fabric to match current chair so no need to order fabric. Chose chair fabric & it was ordered and I was told it had arrived. We also ordered fabric for 6 DR chairs but we were never told if it arrived. [redacted] picked up furniture (chair, ottoman and ottoman fabric) from our home on March 17, 2014. Promised completion in 10 days. It is now 5 weeks later and nothing has been done. I have left messages daily for past 2.5 weeks and none have been returned. I stopped by the store on Saturday, April 26th and it was closed (should be open 9-12). Took pictures of the chair and ottoman through the window--they are in plain sight. No upholstering has been started on them. I leave messages asking for a response and simply want the furniture returned with our $400.00. We are so glad we didn't give him the DR chairs to recover. My mom wouldn't have had a single place to sit down for 5 weeks. She is very ill, cannot elevate her feet or sit in her bedroom without this furniture. I just bought her a $50.00 ottoman at Target on 4/26/14 to get her feet up as I can see we aren't going to get our furniture back anytime soon. The chair was my dad's chair and my mom is upset she doesn't have it. They have not provided the service they promised and they have our furniture and money. How do I get it back and get a refund?Desired Settlement: At this point, after 5 weeks, we would like the chair, ottoman, ottoman fabric and the $400.00 returned.
