L D C Collections

Review: This agency is negatively reporting against me with major credit bureaus. I would like for the agency to remove, delete the negative information that they are reporting to the credit bureaus. I have submitted at least 2 disputes to them regarding this matter, over the last several months and they have ignored my request. By continuing their actions they are violating numerous sections the [redacted], specifically they are acting in the capacity of a creditor and legally they are not defined as a creditor. Section 803, number 4 of the [redacted]Desired Settlement: Remove and delete my information from your records and stop negatively reporting this debt to any of the 3 major credit bureaus or I will have to sue your agency and I will win.

Review: I contacted LDC Collections and asked for my paid collection to be removed from my credit report. I was told that the removal was up to the courts that the collection was from. I called [redacted] and was told they don't have any say on if LDC removes the collection and it would be with me forever.I know a collection can be removed by LDC and them telling me it was up to somebody else is wrong.Desired Settlement: Would like this paid collection removed from my account.
