We have had $50k worth of landscaping design, installation, and watering system done by L D Erickson inc at a residence in Burleson Tx.

The initial installation, the installers had the timers set to run constantly, resulting in an $800 water bill the first month of operation. They did change settings after the $800 bill,but the company officials and employees were not concerned with paying for this mistake and have not resolved this matter.

The company has not replaced all dead plants under the warranty as was agreed upon and have charged us recently over $800 for these "warranty" plants. The company has not resolved this matter. Some of have replaced, but with smaller plants than were initially installed. This matter has not been resolved.

The company has not trained the homeowner on proper operation and setting timer perimeters on the watering system, although they said they did. The company has done no follow-up and have not resolved this matter.

In the initial installation, pre-emergent weed killer was not used, resulting in more weeds than landscape. The company man said...Oh...you mean you DIDNT want weeds to grow in your landscape? He said pre-emergent should have been used, so we paid over $500 to them to weed the landscape and apply the pre-emergent as should have been done initially.

Some of the drip watering system was not installed properly resulting very spotty watering in some places. This matter also, has not been resolved.
