All work the client requested was performed and copies were provided to her.  These documents were sent via certified mail and provided on-line to her in August.  She acknowledged receipt and that work was performed as she requested.  November 21, 2016, she contacted my office...

complaining that we failed to return a phone call.  Then, she threatened us that if we did not return her retainer --- then, she would file complaints with Revdex.com.  We have a voicemail where she threatens us.  Realizing that the work she had retained us to do had been completed, but she did not appear to be stable --- it was determined to return the retainer to her --- even though all work had been completed.  She signed a document acknowledging that the work was done, and we still returned her retainer.  A copy of this document was provided to her.  If she would simply call my office, my staff would be happy to provide another copy to her.  She has not ever contacted us requesting another copy.  This complaint is the first time we learned that she needed another copy.We had no knowledge that she was displeased with any of the work until she called my office on November 21, 2016.  Her only complaint was that my office supposedly failed to return a phone call.  The demand letters we sent on her behalf are attached.  This was the only thing that she retained us to perform.  Further, the document she signed acknowledging that the work she requested my office to do was performed is also attached. If any other information is needed, do not hesitate to contact me.[redacted]
