Review: On Oct 2, 2014, I returned a distributor kit that was sent to me in error, value $666.69.I have made several phone calls and sent several emails following up on the status of the money owed to me. On Dec 11, I was told that my credit would be processed that day. Today is Dec 29 and I have not received a credit. Two emails ago (November 2014), I advised L'dara that I would be filing a complaint against them with Revdex.com if they did not resolve this issue. It has been almost 3 months since somebody at L'dara signed for my return kit. It is unreasonable for them to take so long to process a refund - the local sales representative has tried to help and been actively involved in trying to get my refund - she is frustrated as well. I am concerned that L'dara has no intention of ever refunding me.Desired Settlement: Value of returned item $666.69
