LED full color message unit. Purchased two years ago from (NAME). We had many problems with LED modules on the unit, which only after weeks of hounding he replaced the parts.
Now the main controller has gone out and the sign is completely out. He (NAME) said the warranty is over and we will need to pay at least $1900 for parts.
If you have any questions regarding warranty and products, please call 877-776-2909 or email us at [email protected]. The amount quoted for parts $1900 is not correct, not even for controller. Please call us and you will get the correct amount and a live person. Ask for tech support and we will help you trouble shoot and get to the bottom of the problem. Your signage will be up and going again. LED Craft will be happy to help with any questions or concern and will make sure you are taking care of. All you have to do is call.
