Review: I had purchased a LED light kit with lifetime warranty replacement for my motorcycle,they needed to be replaced on 7/24/14 after numerous attempts to contact them by phone. I mailed a package for warranty replacement with tracking along with payment of 71.25 the warranty ticket explains to send 4.75 to cover shipping, it does not clarify if that per light or per warranty claim, I have 15 lights that need to be replaced so giving the benefit of the doubt I mailed in 4.75 per light set $71.25 and have heard nothing I tracked the package it was delivered to that location,it is now 9/10/14 and I have heard nothing. I cannot get any kind of response from calling, emailing or anything please assist me in this matter.[redacted] PresidentDesired Settlement: Replace at no charge for the inconvenience and lack of customer care!
