I would NOT recommend this company to anyoneWe ordered counter tops through Home Depot not knowing they would outsource to a different company for counter topsUnfortunately, they did, to this companyThey have terrible customer serviceI was told by Home Depot that my counter tops would be done in 3-weeksI waited weeks and never heard a word from anyoneI finally called Home Depot asking where my counter tops were at and they were surprised that no one from L.ESmith had contacted me because my counter tops had been ready for daysHome Depot called them numerous times trying to get them in contact with me which they never did contact meWhen I finally called myself and got a hold of someone, after spending 20mins on hold, they set up a time for a week laterPutting us weeks out from my order dateI then had a call later the same day that we schedule from a different representative trying to set up a time to deliver on a different day and timeApparently, not only do they not communicate with their customers but they dont communicate with each otherThey did get delivered, but the counter tops were not cut properlyI was told by the man delivering them he would let them know they were not cut correctly and someone would contact me the next day to reschedule and fix my orderThat was two days ago and I have left messages with L.ESmith customer representative twice now and have had no responseNot only that but they were very unprofessional when dropping off the counter tops and we told them the cut was incorrect they immediately tried blaming Home DepotI do not recommend going through Home Depot to get counter tops if this is the company the continue to useI was told by Home Depot they have gotten a manager involved with possibly switching companies because they have had so many complaintsI also know that Lowe's uses the same companyThey have no respect for their customers at all
