To Whom It May Concern: Complaint ID: *** This customer isn't being completely honest, first of all I did agree to send her a refund and that is what I did on 8/14/in a company check I know she has it because Isent other checks out on the same date and all of them have cleared my
bank except check #*** which is for $like I agreed uponI do not know how to refund a credit card so I chose the check route I really don't know where she comes up with I over charged her that is my going prfce she has no idea what my overhead is and if you were to call any AC company in the valley you would get all kinds of different pricingThe bottom line is I agreed to give her a refund just to get rid of her as a customer I do not need customers like this one she is a (BULLY) and it is money well spent so she won't call me ever again, and that's what we agreed on and she kept calling I did not respond because we agreed once I paid her off we wouldn't speak ever again The other thing is her unit is running and cooling she has no complaint about that just feels she was charged to much in her opinion and she is choosing to BULLY me into submission by you coming to her aid and enabling her to do soPlus when she was talking to me in her backyard she told me that I was charging her to much I offered to take my parts back out of the unit pay me my diagnostic fee and I would be on my way and she said ( I have her over a barrel) which I really don't but she had a choice and she chose the repair and I waived the diagnostic fee just to help her out you see the total bill $I gave her back more money than she is letting onThank You Larry C*** AZ Best Heating & AC

This man lies with pre-meditation. I had quotes of $to fix my a/c and had it scheduled for repair which I informed him before coming out. I agreed to $in settlement because he came hours quicker than the others when I am ill. He seemed honest over the phone and told me he teaches and trains other contractorsI'm afraid it is just to scam people. He charges $to come out which may or may not be waived or applied to the repair. So he tells me after the repair he waived the $but wants to charge me $250, not the $the others quoted meHe showed me his phone with all his paid customersEvery payment was a minimum of $250. Otherwise it would have been $(he tells me day(s) later.) I asked why he wouldn't tell me this in advance when I told him my situation and affordabilityHe said it didn't matter as long as it was fixed. I stated it did matter. He wasted my time, energy, and gets $85-$from me regardless; plus came unprepared to finish all the work. Then agrees to partially refund me immediately via credit card if I waive the warranty but instead mails a check without notice that I don't receive and can't go cash due to illness. Quotes warranty of year parts and labor but won't itemize bill and warrants only days labor in writing. Disputed with my credit card and after seeing his response called the ROC (Registrar of Contractors-licensing board). I was asked to submit the information and notify the Attorney General immediately for fraud. I hope this saves others time, energy, money, and stress

I told her I charge a $85 diagnostic charge, which I waived. Then I found the condenser coil dirty which she didn’t have a hose to connect to her hose bib. So I told her that I would come back and clean the condenser coil at no charge, which I did the next day. As far as three quotes I have no idea because she never showed me a quote at all, she said that she had three but I can say the moon is made of green cheese but it doesn’t make it true. Now I gave her back $75.00 just to make her go away in a form of check she refuses to cash it she wants to keep the drama in her life by keeping this going by complaining to you and you are enabling her to do so. The bottom line is I fixed the AC cleaned the condenser at no charge waived the $85 diagnostic charge and gave her $75 back to her to make her go away as far I am done with the wh[redacted] thing.
