This company was a 3rd party repair place subbed under lowes warranty serviceThe service tech lied that he fixed my dryerCame back a second time and made it worseThe third trip he brought a second guy with himWhen I was handed the work order I separated my carbon copy and the second repair guy grabbed my arm and pulled me almost sending me falling down my stairsI asked several times for them to leave and they finally left after threatening to call police

*** sent this company to fix my dishwasherOn the the first visit he did not check anything in the dishwasher, just stuck his head and said he needed to order a heating element and said he would call when part came in I called a week later regarding part and was told it had come in days earlier, never got a call When he finally did come back he did not even know how to pull dishwasher out and kept asking my grandson questionsAfter an almost an hour trying finally got it half wayoutIt was close to noon by this time and said he needed to leave because they had to eat lunch and go to next customer So he was going to leave it pulled out and not fixedMy friend finally got home and pulled the rest outHe would not stay to see if was fixed properly (which it is not) because he had other customersThis company is very unprofessional
