Review: I am a 100% disabled vet. Upon receiving this product, I had it checked out by my M.D. He suggested that I not take it. I returned the product to the PO Box indicated on the packing slip on 12-11-14. It was returned to me because I did not have a "return merchandise" number. I called and received a number. At that time, according to customer service, they should have given me the address to return the product, but they did not. I sent the product on 1-28-15. It was sent back to me on 1-30-15 marked "refused-wrong address". I immediately called customer service and was told that they could not refund my money since I had not returned the product within the 60 day time limit, and offered me a 40% refund. I said that that was not acceptable as I had started the return process within the appropriate time limit. I would appreciate any assistance you can give me in recouping my purchase price.Desired Settlement: The return of my complete purchase price ($129.00).
