I am rejecting this response because:
They have not come to clean up the left over concrete that no one authorized them to leave there. As far as the music, I did say they could listen to it while they worked but when every other word is a cuss word and they have it us so the whole community can hear then that is a problem. As far as the threats, there has not been any threats. I have stated that if David wants to keep talking to me like I'm stupid and telling me that "when you buy something from Wal-Mart they don't keep the trash" then we were going to have problems. This was directly at one person not the company. And it is not a threat. I stand behind that. I would not have any more dealings with that guy. The women in the office have been great to deal with but every time David gets in the situation it escalates. I do not want him or the guys smoking marijuana on my property during their breaks on my property again

we have read this compliant, we agree on certain thingsNow as far as the building being off the time frame then that is something out of our hands thats why in our contact we let customers know we do not provided permits but with Mr.*** we waived that for him because that was one of his request
and permit wise we do not control whenever the city decided to inspection the land, its like everything else that is time consumingwe have tried are hardest to keep him happy, when something has not gone his way he has given our office staff an additude in one occasion he even yelled at our sales reps, when all they do is there job they are always on the phone with him if he needs anything, because he is usually out of state we have tried working with him everyway possibleHe says something about the left over concrete which is understandable what we usually do is crush it and spread it outSee the problem here is that whenever we do things we have a certain way of doing themWe have no problem in going in and cleaning left over concrete but that was never part of the deal from our understanding he left someone there in charge and he authorized the concrete trucks to clean out there if not our crews wouldnt have put it on his yardAs far as him speaking to David about things he mentioned to him the concrete and David told him what we do and do not doAnd he got upset and communicated threats to himHow are we going to send our crews out to his property after hes communicated threatsAs far as the installers I repeat they do not do things if they are not authorized by someone, at first he had let them know it was fine to play music so they did, we have to acknowledge that this is his property so if at any point in time he does not like something he can let them know and they will address the issue we have many customers and we always try to do things there way but it gets complicated whenever they are out of stateWe apologize if he feels we did or said something offensiveCurrently we put him on schedule to clean out the concrete from his property but we have to know if that is fine with him and if none of the threats he said are going to be donewe just want to get things over with, we always try to leave our customers satisfied

Sorry about,the earlier response. Chris no longer works with us, we have spoken to Mr.*** *** the refund will be done by January 17th through his credit/debt card
