An unlicensed dealer sold me a Mercedes on the behalf of a third party without acknowledging he's not the actual owner. He also signed on the behalf of the owner; forging his name on the bill of sale as well as the dollar amount for the purchase of the car which was fraudulent. The car was said to be in excellent running condition but hours later after purchase thr car started putting and jerking causing the check engine light to come on. I immediately called the unlicensed dealer back then he claimed he was not the owner. The car was over paid for and repairs would be to costly for I the purchaser; which exceeds the value in totality. No refunds are being given an the parties are in non compliance.
