Contractor built a sidewalk for me leaving an entire section shattered by him. It wasn't installed correctly, so he shattered it with hammer and chisel, promising to send someone over to repair it the following business day. That was many months ago. At his request to trust him, the balance was paid in full at that time. Since then, he neither answers nor returns my calls and obviously has no intention of repairing the sidewalk.
