There is a Man I believe his name was Daryl (not certain of name but he is a year old black man) who was an instructor thereHe is very analHowever, that is whom you have to take the remedial course withHe turned students away who came at 8:05am to come to the class because he said class began at 8:00amHe is very unpleasantHe made our entire class uncomfortable by repeatedly asserting his authority as if he was God Since for most this course is a requirement everyone had not choice but to deal with it or pay more moneyHowever, the fact still remains, that if we as customers are paying for a service that we do have a choice in taking and we are utilizing D&D as the service provider, that you don't have to deal with a man who upfront tells you he is an "***" to the entire classroomI will pay more money next time to NOT TO GO D& D as a result of this horrible experience At the Salem location, it is in an older house in horrible neighborhood with only street parking, there was D Con rodent killer in the fireplace and just an overall unclean appearance I did not feel comfortable using the bathroom on the second floor especially after the instructor informed us that the toilet didn't flush well On my lunch break I went to the ***'* down he street to use that instead and then was penalized for coming back to class at 1:00pm on the dot when 1:00pm was our return time However, again this was just another example of the instructor given too much power who wanted to assert it
After some unfortunate miscommunication and lack of expectations that occurred with this company, the owner stepped up and changed processes so that the same errors would not happen againShe also made the wrongs right by offering additional services at no cost to usApologizing and making it right with the customer shows great business initiative and for that we are grateful and would recommend this driving school
