We do sincerely apologize for the delay in getting this resolved. The contract for this project was with a home builder and not direct to the home owner which adds an additional layer of communication that had its challenges. Combined with a new addition, and a 100 year old farm...
house the fit and finish of the siding/ trim work will not be flawless. It was agreed at the Sept 9th inspection the items on the punch list would be repaired and this will be done by Friday October 2nd. It was never our intention to disregard the custoner complaints and we will stand behind our work 100%.
We have made several repairs to the siding and will continue to do so until the customer is satisfied and signs off on the work. These last two repairs are for items that were never brought up by the customer originally, however we feel it is our responsibility to do these repairs and will have them completed by 3/4/16. After this latest small punch list is completed we would like this case closed.

As stated a number of times in previous complaints against L.H. Krueger, the repairs they agreed to fix have NOT been completed and they have not told me when they will finish the job.
