L & H Services

We have used L&H Services a number of times over the past few years They have typically been extremely accommodating and professional We recently called them out and were charged an extremely high price for them to tell them that our AC unit was broken - nothing else When we discussed having them come fix the problem, they would not apply the original charge to this new service (when they would actually DO something) This is not an appropriate way to treat repeat customers and we will never use L&H again

I had a problem with my water bill being excessively high The Village sent me letters stating that I needed to have a plumber to check out this issue I picked L & H Services because it serviced the area where I live They were very polite and professional when I talked to them and once I set up an appointment, they were on time They found the problem within minutes of being at my home and I don't feel I was overcharged The plumber who came to my home was John E., very nice and personable I highly recommend L & H Services, Inc

Steve was the service tech that came to our house to investigate an issue with our AC He found the issue right away and covered the total cost of the repair prior to completing the work He was very professional and courteous during his visit We have used L & H in the past to replace a water heater and we will be calling them in the future if necessary
