Review: We hired L.J. Beausoleil to pave our driveway which he promptly came out to do. After the standard waiting period we were able to park in the driveway again. We have had several issues with the driveway since the work was completed ranging from holes in the pavement and tire grooves. We call the company a few times and then [redacted] Beausoleil called us back and came out to inspect the driveway on June 2, 2012. He said he would come and fill the holes and then in the fall reroll the driveway to fix all the grooves. He said it was a better time of year to fix the remaining issues. They have not come out to fill in the holes which have gotten worse and I have called many times and left messages with the receptionist and still no one has called us back or come to fix the problem. This is a month later. Please help us resolve the problem.Regards, [redacted] and [redacted]Desired Settlement: We would like the driveway completely repaired or we would like our money fully refunded.
