L.JHausner Construction installed artificial turf in March of The customer contacted L.JHausner Construction in January of stating that they were experiencing some problems with small sink holes developing under the artificial turf. There are many possible outside factors that can contribute to this problem including (but not limited to) ground settling, erosion, small animals (i.egophers), etc. The one year labor warranty for the project has expired, and L.JHausner Construction recommended for the customer to contact a local landscaper or gardener to provide the maintenance required to resolve their concerns

I do realize that after a time there would be natural ground erosion after or years I have however, been complaining about this before year of guarantee, not to mention I could get NOBODY on the phone to talk to nor would they respond to any voice messages My paperwork also states "lifetime guarantee"?! I have called a landscaper that installs artificial grass to fix a sprinkler line that the original installers drove a nail into and it was leaking In repairing the leak they explained that this was a poor job of installing the grass, large rocks instead of the smaller landscape material, not compacted properly, etc., etc The leak fix cost me $and would not have happened if done properly As far as "maintenance" goes that consist only of brushing and adding white sand, so how does this effect the erosion of ground If we were in an area that had lots of rain I could also understand but I do live in the desert of which we have very little rain

[redacted] gave us many ideas & offered suggestions. We got several estimates & we were comfortable choosing Hausner Construction. Installation was complete in a day. We have been enjoying our backyard every day now! Would definitely recommend to anyone.

Review: I had artificial grass installed by L.J. Hausner Construction Company Feb. 2010.As I walk across the area it has little sink-holes everywhere several bushes were removed from the yard and sinking where a drain was installed and getting worse.I have contacted Hausner Co. 1/21/14, got an operator and I explained what was happening. He said they had to pull the files and someone would call me in a couple of days. After two weeks I called again and the operator told me they sent a letter stating I should call a local landscaper for this periodic maintence?? Also saying my 1 year warrentee had expired. My contract states lifetime labor & materials guarantee.I have called the number on the letter 5 times and could only leave a message which I have and they will not return my calls. I have looked everywhere to see if there was someone with authority I could contact, also a deadend.The issue has never been periodic maintenance and I fail to see how this would cause sink- holes. Considering the installation, I was told, would take three days and 3 guys did it in 9 hours, I believe the installation was not correctly done. Also the drain they installed was suppose to go to the street curb. It was short of that distance by quite a few feet.Apparently they have no intention of addressing the issue. I cannot imagine what the grass will look like in another 4 years.Desired Settlement: I only would like the installation to be done correctly! That is if I can trust they will do it correctly.
