Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 13, 2016/02/13) */ Thank you for reaching out to us, as we appreciate the opportunity to address Ms [redacted] 's complaintLooking into Ms [redacted] 's claim, we have concluded that Ms [redacted] has not placed an order with Event Ticket SalesGiven that our company has no record of an order ever being placed for Ms [redacted] , we are unable to further assist her Final Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 35, 2016/03/15) */ First, thank you for the opportunity to address Ms***'s complaintWe regret the experience was not a positive one and understand that many were disappointed about not getting ticketsUnfortunately, the arena only holds 3,seats and the demand was obviously much greater We put a policy in place that no one customer could buy more than tickets and that policy was enforced In reviewing the sales information, the majority of customers only bought 2-tickets, and fewer than ten bought a quantity of 8- In addition, tickets were still being sold by phone, walkup and online until early afternoon We found no evidence of large numbers of tickets being sold to commercial companies, though some small number of individuals sold their tickets to ticket resellers, which is impossible for us to completely stopWhile everyone involved with this event was surprised by the demand, we put controls in place prior to tickets going on sale to mitigate the scenario Ms [redacted] explains
