Review: I ordered 3 containers of their salt spice. One arrived with the lid cracked and the contents spilling out of the box. I called the store and spoke to someone who took my number and said she would call me back. After a week I called the store. I spoke to another person who said I had to return the broken container in order to get a replacement. I said I was never told to send the broken container back to the store by the first person I spoke to. My credit card was charged on 13 March 2014 for 3 containers of the salt spice and I have 2 undamaged containers. I have made several phone calls to get a replacement. Finally a person called me back and said I would have to pay for shipping for the replacement. She asked for my credit card and I gave her my account number for a Visa card. As of 11 May 2014 I have not received a replacement for the damaged plastic container and this store has my money for 3 containers.

I recvd, a letter of complaint, I did try several times to respond online, it didn't recognize the case #, so I am responding via email. Thank you.
We have never gone through, something like this, and was amazed to hear that a bottle which was wrapped and cushioned would break, but the others were intack.
Normal procedure for any business would be to return the problem product, but she claimed to have thrown it out.
Anyway, my 78 year old lady, did pack another one to send out, she was going to send it out, last week, I told her not to, for the fact of customer requesting for a refund.
I will just refund this, the 10.00 accusations are not worth the stress this has caused.
Just cant'believe someone complained about salt that doesnt spoil.

For further clarification: The containers were wrapped in paper wrapping not cushioned wrapping. Unfortunately items can get damaged while shipping as the container did. The salt contents were spilled out of the container and in the box. I do not think it safe to pour loose contents in a box for consumption. I hope the business still has my address for a refund. I want a refund for the item and shipping costs as well. Please forward my response to the business.
