alleviate the problems you are currently dealing with. Leonard S[redacted] will be at your property today February 7th, 2018  to set up a temporary discharge that will redirect the water to flow into your yard. Please know that this will cause some pooling and most likely ice over. We will make sure that this water does not flow on to any walk ways or sidewalks and if you feel like this is not a feasible option as a last resort we could redirect the water into your basement tub. We hope that the temporary discharge to the front yard will be acceptable because we do not want to overwhelm your sewer. Utech will replace the sump pump due to the wear and tear that the constant running has caused. We will  also repair the wall crack to ensure that no damage has been caused by the endless cycle of water you have been dealing with. I will personally monitor the weather forecast  a week at at time and plan a day when the weather breaks above freezing temperatures to permanently resolve this issue.
