Had them for years and loved the service we gotMoved in town to another location months ago and got a new driver Nothing but problems! Only picks up what he wants to pick up, not what we are contracted forTried calling the office and their in box is full, can't leave a message Prices are great but beware your service may fluctuate from week to week

The people that run this business are the rudest I have ever dealt with in regards to businessThere were several occasions where I would get billed twice when I already paid, and three times where they just didn't pick my trash upnot to mention the woman who answers the phone is extremely rude and doesn't care about your business or correcting errors I do no recommend this trash service to ANYONE!!!

L&L Disposal missed my pickup by daysEach time I called, there was no one answering the phoneWhen I finally got a hold of someone I received the "Broken Truck" line This is not the first time I had gotten this response We will be switching service providers

My pick up day was supposed to be on Thursday Sometimes they would pick up, sometimes they wouldn't I would call & they would ALWAYS say- the truck broke down, that is assuming they answered the phone at all They do not have voicemail, because if you get VM it ALWAYS says the VM box is full
Eventually I cancelled service (I waited until the end of a billing cycle.) Three months later I got another bill I called to remind them I was not their customer anymore They said they would take care of it A week later I got a bill for $ I called again They told me that I would have to come down in person to take care of it I told them that was ridiculous They finally agreed to credit the bill Another months has gone by...and guess what Another bill - this one shows the credit for $90, and new charges for $ These people have no idea what they are doing They don't know how to pick up trash on time, and they certainly have no idea how to bill customers

I have been using L&L Disposal since 1980. During that time I have been really pleased with their service. I think during this time period they may have missed collection no more than five times. When I call, they are courteous and take care of the problem. I purposely went with a small company and I expect glitches occasionally (truck break downs, weather, etc...) I would recommend their company to all of my friends and plan on continuing to be one of their loyal customers. Thanks!

We have used this service for 12 years. They have ALWAYS been courteous on the phone and in person. They have been fair with their fees and have gone above and beyond when picking up our trash. This last two weeks my trash was not picked up due to the huge snow storm then because of truck break downs. When I called, Marcia was kind, courteous and friendly. She gave me two weeks credit on my account as well. My next door neighbor also uses them and is pleased with their service. This is a true review and NOT written by the company. People who complain and are rude to the service provider will probably get rudeness back. It is not cool to complain about service when you have not even paid your bill. Again, this a CUSTOMER speaking, not the company!! I would recommend this company to my friends and family and I have.

My experience with L & L Disposal Service has been VERY POSITIVE, from the office staff, to the young men who actually collect my trash. All staff has been courteous and very customer-focused. The truck comes at approximately the same time each Wednesday. They have never missed a trash collection.
Special requests were handled for just a little extra added to my bill.
I am very pleased with the quality of service from L and L.
