The owner, [redacted] came to my house to mount a tv above my mantle. The next day, it fell out of the wall. My 2 yr old was playing on the floor directly under it 30 minutes prior to its fall. When my husband called [redacted] to come fix it, he stated he didn't secure it to any studs in the wall because he didn't think the mount was large enough. He promised to come fix it the following Monday. He never showed up. He then promised he would come the following Thursday. He never showed up...again, so we called and asked for a refund. He agree and said he would put it in the mail the next day. He never sent it and finally after 7 1/2 weeks, we got a lawyer involved and he sent a letter. Only then did [redacted] send us the refund through our lawyer. I would strongly recommend that no one use this company. He is very unprofessional, does not consider customer service a priority and he leaves all of his mess for the homeowner to clean up. We could have had a terrible tragedy come from this man's negligence. To prove his inexperience and apparent lack of knowledge, the company we hired to fix this mess found the studs right in the middle of the wall and secured the mount properly.

L & L Electric was dispatched by American Home Shield twice recently to repair my garage door opener. The first time took several days for a simple fix. The second time, which occurred just days after the first repair but for a second issue, has dragged on for almost three weeks just to replace a part. The electrician has not shown up at all a few times for scheduled appointments and shown up extremely late other times without any phone call, etc to notify of the delay. When he finally showed up to look at it, he spent 5 minutes explaining why he really didn't have time to figure out the problem right then. When he came back several days later, it took him just about 5 minutes to say what the problem was - why didn't he just do that the first time? Then he said a part was needed, but he wasn't even going to place the order for several more days. If I acted like this at work I would be fired.
