L & L Home Cleaning & Laundry Services went above and beyond my expectations. I hired them to clean my house they did a phenomenal job they went even further and cleaned my closet and laundry room as well. The price was reasonable and I really enjoy their service. I highly recommend L & L Home Cleaning & Laundry Services for excellent service.

Where do I begin! I own a property management company and have over 157 properties. I lost my last cleaning crew because they moved to GA. They where amazing and never had to come back to fix anything because they did everything right. This company, L and L were nightmare! They wasted so much of my time. I gave them 3 jobs right off the bat. My office and two units that needed deep cleaning for new tenants moving in this weekend. [redacted]

My office. They showed up in time, did a pretty good job and one of the owners [redacted] came to check there work. I was pretty satisfied with that. They knew I was going to be there watching the crew so they did a good job. Grant it, it's only a office. No appliances or ceiling fans.

The first property I gave them was a 2/2 condo wood floors, stainless steel appliances, ceiling fans etc. first they where 3 hrs late. Next the women who was cleaning was lost and called me over 7 times needing directions. The other owner [redacted] was given all this information prior to them going to the home. They were given the address and the lock box combination. On top of being late the cleaning lady kept blowing up my phone because she was lost, then she didn't know how to open a lock box. Ok finally after all said and done she got in the property. The next day, I find a unclean unit. Toilet was not cleaned, window were not clean, my floor was sticky, none of the fixtures were clean AND THEY BROKE THE TOLIET TOP. When I called the owner and sent him pictures he argued with me about the TOLIET. After much time and arguments, he said he would fix it and send the crew back out. When he sent the crew back out, try came with rags and water NO cleaning supplies!!!!! Then they swept the trash out of the property to the front door. Really? Who does that? It's called a dust pan! Sadly they were already booked for the second property I gave them to deep clean as well.


2nd property. This was a 1/1 condo in the ocean. We where having new floors laid so all they had to clean was the kitchen and bathroom. They showed up late again, the cleaning ladies had no trash bags and my contractor had to go buy them for them. All they had to do is clean a kitchen and bathroom. Do you think that was done right? Nope! I showed up with the new tenant trusting it was completed and it was horrible. The appliances where not cleaned, the floors were dirty the refrigerator was a untouched. I texted pictures to the owner and told him how disappoint I am and if they can come back and finish. He told me it will be 120 dollars. I told him he has got to be kidding. Because I had a tenant moving in the next day I had to spend my Friday night cleaning the property myself! I have pictures of the after math and how disgusting they left the unit.

I found these people off google which they obviously paid for their reviews because if I would have read yelp I would have never ever ever called them!!! I'm a business owner, if my staff messes up I have to fix it, that's part of business. These guys will fight with you and tell you it's your fault. I gave [redacted] and [redacted] many chances to fix items before I wrote a review. When I informed him I was going to write reviews on his work, he told me he would do the same in my business and complain to the Florida real estate commission. Not only can't he run a business, he threatens his customers. However, he is completely uneducated, as the only way you can file a complaint to the commission, is when you are involved in a real estate purchase and their was illegal activity. That's how uneducated and childish these owners are.

Showed up the same day I needed, great people and service!
I called L & L Home Cleaning because we were moving out of our house and I needed a deep cleaning, and they actually accommodated me the same day. The other plans I had fell through, they were able to show up the same day I needed them. There were two ladies that showed up, they were very thorough, they brought their own stuff. It was super convenient, they walked me through the process.
They asked me what did I want done, I said ceiling to floor, they cleaned everything from the top of the ceiling to the bottom! I didn't have to stay there with them which was nice, because I had errands to run. The ladies were really nice, super great! I couldn't ask for much more.
I did a google search to find L & L, I found that the price was reasonable. I'm overall satisfied with the experience L & L Home gave me.
