This complaint by Ms [redacted] is slanderous to say the least. CSLB has dismissed this complaint.
I would invite you to go see for yourself at Ms [redacted] home and see this terrible concrete or one of her many other complaints for...

yourself. It's the best concrete project in the entire neighborhood...even now. Do you not do any due diligence investigating these complaints? We would request you send a field officer to do a drive by of the home in question.
Checking in a fence posts? Please show me one that does not have any checking/cracking in a one hundred mile radius of her home and I will buy lunch.
I am considering legal action for her totally untrue slanderous comments of me harassing her and will retain this printed complaint as evidence if she continues this behavior. I can also supply the email chain of the many contacts with Ms [redacted] as I have had no phone communications with her in many months. [redacted] has the record of a meeting with ms [redacted], with her mother and her sister as witnesses.
We always go above and beyond for our clients. Please contact the CSLB as they have dismissed her complaint. The case officer is [redacted]. I can also send copies of the original contract or the Extra work order documentation to verify we have not done as Ms [redacted] claims. Please investigate our perfect 37 year track record of zero complaints when checking with CSLB....well one now.

Re: Complaint Case # XXXXXXXX
[redacted] at L & L Landscaping had responded. He has addressed and resolved all items (except one) and I am therefore closing the complaint. The 1 item remaining is the uneven/cracking cement along the rear patio door. Since patching it may result in unknown results we have agreed to continue to watch and monitor the cement.
Furthermore, the 3 year warranty (2 years remaining) is still in place.
