Review: This business quoted me a price for a job which included as clearly discussed during the estimate visit a shower glass door and treatment of glass against calcium deposit. The price they quoted for the glass treatment was $5/SF.

When the installers finished the install, I asked about the treatment and I was told they don't know anything about it.

I called their boss and I don't know what happened if he forgot or what but he called them and asked them to apply the treatment. The technicians applied something but it was not convincing. Indeed by one week of usage, the glass was badly stained with calcium deposits which would not come off. It took about 1.5 months to get the owner to come out and see for himself. He could not fix it so he left saying that he was going to contact the manufacturer and get back to me. I never heard from the guy. Seeing that he gave me the run around before he actually came to look at the shower door. I knew he was not about to call no manufacturer about my issue or get back to me.

Since then, only 4 months into the install some of the caulking they have applied is peeling off and letting water leak.

This is a business with bad service and even bad workmanship.Desired Settlement: I don't trust this business to do good by me at this point. I want them to refund me the cost of the treatment they quoted me on the day they came to bid and ended up applying windex or whatever cleaning product on hand when they showed up for my install without the correct product and had to improvise when their boss asked them to treat the glass at the last minute.

This is the only explanation I have for the product to not work at all for even a single week.

I want a refund equal to what it will cost me to get someone else out to my house to properly treat the glass with anti-staining product. That is about $350.
