To Whom It May Concern, I helped him so much to the point it cost us an moneyHe called me stating he had the car at Hassell BMW, they had the car apart for over a month and will not help himI told him take the car out of there and bring it hereWe had the car fixed and had too come up with
2k extra for himThe fact remains we helped him when if he had come back to us from the beginning he would never have had a issueAnd I am sure he did not right that up his girlfriend who was in my showroom cursing and screaming that she didn't even want to pay her deductible is the one writing thisPlease call me if you should need anything further including a copy of the warranty payout and the check that we also had to pay out on top itThis I feel is so wrong of the customer they took the frustration of getting the run around from another dealership and took it out on us. The fact that she thinks she can lie just to make herself seem like the better person is wrong! She is correct that my car was at Bay Shore BMW, but I did state that in my complaintRite Cars just recently opened a shop where they fix carsWhen I purchased my car last year they did not offer that kind of service, so how would I have known to bring my car there? The previous manager refereed me to Harold.I only brought my car to BMW of Bay Shore because my usual guy Harold was not available to look at my carI could not drive the car with an engine check lightI thought it was the oil that needed to be changed.I did not know it was going to be such an expensive fixThe warranty would not cover it and thats when I called Rite Cars, she asked me to bring it in and I paid to get it towed thereThey offered to speak to the warranty, worked something out and I thank them for thatWhen the car was brought to Harold to be fixed he had a $1000+ balance after the warranty paid there required amount (They did not pay over 2k)They wanted me to pay that which I did not understand because thats what I'm paying the warranty monthly forAs a courtesy they should have been more than helpful to pay a fee at least onceSince there has been an issues since month Also She did not offer to help pay that fee until I made the complaint to you the Revdex.com!She only kept saying the previous manager is not here anymoreI have yet been able to speak to someone higher than her, so thats why I made my complaintThe next day after I made the complain they offered to pay and begged me to take it downI thank them for paying but that should have been offered since day BEFORE THE COMPLAINTSince I had that truck it has been nothing but a money pit, whether its by the warranty or myselfSo they should be understandingMy wife did not come in there screaming and cursing anyone outIf so I'm sure they would have asked us to leave! After a while she started crying and complaining because she could not share a car with me because we have different schedules with her being in schoolit was very overwhelmingespecially since I didn't have my car for FIVE WHOLE MONTHS! This person seems to have arrived after the purchase with little knowledge of the situation. I complained day of purchase and I had a LETTER sent on my behalf to Rite Cars without a resolution. I have proof of the ad in question. This has not been addressed. I am well aware of my bill and how it was paid. I want the balance of my purchase. There was no way for me to know before purchase that they had committed auto dealer fraud.
