I went in March of 2018 to buy a 2004 Volkswagen beetle from this establishment. I bought the car the same day, with the guarantee that the broken headlight will be replaced, and the broken handle on the glovebox would be repaired. I received the car a week after purchasing it, once they fixed the headlight. I was told the glovebox was heavily damaged inside, so they removed it and said that they would replace it. That was late March of 2018. It is now January of 2019, and I have tried a multitude of times to get the glovebox put in. The paperwork signed states they needed to fix it within 30 days, and that I needed to contact them, which I have saved every text message proving I have. I have been told at least 5 times that every glovebox they ordered came in damaged. It got to the point that the dealer asked ME to find a glovebox, and they'd "pay me back." I sent them a link to one I found online, and AGAIN, was told it came in damaged. I asked for the reciepts for the orders, and only received one. When I asked for the rest, the dealer said they were having issues contacting their accounting, though I asked for them 6 days ago. I have yet to receive an email with the reciepts. This is absolutely insane, almost an entire year has gone by for a glovebox! They excuse it by saying it's a hard car to find a glovebox for, but it has been a year, which has been more than enough time to find one that isn't damaged! I have had a multitude of issues with this car, but I can deal with it breaking down, not the dealership lying and scamming me out of what they promised!
