Dear Sirs [redacted] had us tow his Jeep in from Austin on a weekend I believe we looked at it the follow week and found a heater hose leaking and also found oil in cooling system I called him and told him what we found He came in to fill out paperwork and to look at his Jeep I gave him ans est of around to just to replace head gaskets I told him once we tore it down I could give him a better est.I ask him if he would like me to get and estfor replacing the motor due to the mileage that the engine had he said yes a few days later I called him or he stopped by I told him that used motor was way too high and that a rebuilt engine would cost over He wanted to tear his engine down and go from therewhen we had everything torn down I called him and gave him updated est he said that was fine he called back later on and said not to replace timing chain I told him we had to replace timing chain guides and pulleys or we could not put it back together because the engine would jump time and bend valve and then the head would have to be taking off again he said that was fine then go a head and continue on with the repairswhen his jeep was finished I called and let him know he said thanks and he would see me in a few days I didn't hear from him so I tried to call him I left message but he never called The girl in office tried later on and he answered the phone and the hung up twiceI called back and left message that he need to call me and if there was something wrong to please let me Know if not I would file mechanic lean on his jeep He never called back so I started filing he finally called after to weeks later and told my daughter he had been overseas and his phone wasn’t working he stated that he was sorry for taking so long but he did not have the money to pay for his jeep because he lost his job and would have to pay his bill out at aa month until paid for She told him he would have to talk to me about thatI called him a few days later and told him he would have to give me a down payment and if he missed any I would finish the mechanics lien that I started He then started in about not telling us to fix his carI told him I was not playing any games with him anymore that he needed to come by pay for his Jeep if he didn't I would finish the leanhe didnt show up so after a few days he called and told my daughter he would come in the morning to pay that again he was sorry that losing his job had put him behind He followed in one of my tech’s the next morning and used his extra key and took the jeep before the office opened up [redacted] has a long distance phone number the call I made to him should match the dates we got parts or order things for his Jeep I am sorry he lost his job but this is in no way my faultit amazes of his ability to fabricate something so far from the truth Thank You [redacted] ***
